Idea creation: need more configuration options on initial Create Idea page

Hi,

Then I create an Idea for particular product can I have more configuration options on initial Create Idea page, like

Select Release
Select Subscribers
Select Watchers
Etc.

As now I have to create an Idea first and then configure all those option which is not very convenient.
