We attach a lot of Word Documents in Aha. It's painful for me to open, download, edit, save again on my computer, re-upload, and delete the previous version of the document.
You should consider using our integration with Google Drive or Dropbox for uploading your Word documents. When using those integrations any changes to the documents are immediately reflected in Aha! - there is no need to upload again.
I would love to use those integrations! That would solve my problem - unfortunately our IT security prevents us org from accessing those sites. Thank you though.
