retrieve Idea merge information via API

In the situation where an idea has been merged into another idea, there currently is no way to get via the API that 1) the idea was merged into another idea or 2) the reference number of the idea it was merged into. Please add a field that can be included in the get idea response that represents the 'master' idea if one exists, and/or another field that is array of 'slave' ideas. This is useful for custom data integrations.
