Option to Merge duplicate features Merged

When setting a feature card to a duplicate of another, I would like to merge the info on one card with the other and remove the duplicate card (or at least have the option to do so)

    Somehow (user error) I have a feature that is duplicated  (Tools-9   and Tools-9)   Can I remove one without deleting the original?
