VSTS integration includes Acceptance Criteria

For successful product management and development, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria are key.  We want our Product Owners defining not only the user story (requirement) but also the associated acceptance criteria within Aha!.  This information would then flow over to VSTS with the feature and populate the VSTS system field, eliminating the need to do dual entry in Aha! and VSTS.  High value.

    We have launched enhanced VSTS and TFS integrations. These integrations will allow you to map standard and custom fields in Aha! to VSTS and TFS to capture acceptance criteria along with several other new capabilities including the ability to:

    • Set record mappings for Aha! initiatives, releases, master features, features, and requirements and link them to nearly any corresponding record type
    • Map default or custom fields in Aha! to any “like” field and specify which direction the updates should flow (e.g. from Aha! or from VSTS/TFS)
    • Automatically send outgoing changes from Aha! or choose to review and approve them
    • Import records directly from VSTS and TFS to make getting started in Aha! easy

    I have created a custom field for Acceptance Criteria, and it does integrate, the only problem is that it pulls the text field from VSTS and it inserts it to Aha! as HTML content...Can you help me figure out what the issue here might be? I verified that both are created as text fields.

    This is pivotal in our workflow it will save a unbelievable amount of time having to cross reference between the two systems. Can not come quick enough.

     Elaine - I see where user stories would be entered but I do not see where you add your acceptance criteria.

It would be very useful for product owners to be able to record acceptance criteria within a field in aha, that would be able to update the linked TFS record and Vice Versa. This seems to be one of the main criteria that is missing from the curren...
