Add search-based autocomplete to the Add New Filter modal

As a PM looking to save time with Aha!, I need a nifty autocomplete search feature on the Add New Filter modal to quickly get filters that match what I type so that I can save time and not have to navigate via mouse a multilevel-level hierarchy that doesn't have any obvious sort order to it.

    We are excited to share that we just released the most advanced filtering capabilities ever available in roadmapping software. 

    Learn how you can now use ALL, ANY, and NONE logic when filtering reports. Along with this change, we also added a nifty search option when adding filters. Thank you for the idea!
