Add Time Frame Filter To Portfolio View Or Add Completion of To-Do's to Live Progress Bar Merged

The homepage ==> Portfolio view is incredibly powerful to show real-time progress and how releases are tied to strategic initiatives.  However, the live progress bars are only tied to feature completion and do not include completion of To-Do's/Milestones/Phases related to a release.  This creates a problem - If I add milestones/phases/To-Do's that are scheduled prior to my development start date the Portfolio view will appear that i'm behind schedule.  

Solution: it doesn't make sense to have this automatically be set to: Release Start Date- Release Date.  There needs to be configuration options to allow for release time frames to be: Release Development Started Date - Release Date.  This will allow me to use the portfolio view to show live progress of feature development without it looking like i'm behind schedule.

Solution: Include the completion of To-Do's/Milestones/Phases in the live progress bar.  That will allow me to use the portfolio view to show live progress of all items related to my release.

By implementing this feature it will allow me to start utilizing the milestones/phases/To-Do's as intended.
