Standard image size for the Persona

As a Product Manager, I need the ability to use a more standard image size for personas, so that I can focus on my product rather than spending time looking for or creating an image that looks good in the unusual 5:1 ratio.

Acceptance criteria:

Any of the following ratios will work: 1:1, 2:3, 4:3, 4:5, 5:7, or 16:9

Alternatively, if we had the ability to pan, crop, center, and zoom in or out on an uploaded image, we could work with the existing size.

The sizing of the persona image is a very odd default choice. We have standard vertically-oriented headshots for our personæ. However, when I upload them to Aha! I get a creepy cropping of just their eyes.

It'll be great if we have choices to see the picture as a banner or a profile picture (portrait of the person)

I'd vote for keeping the image as uploaded, but allowing me to drag the image to fit within a template outline  (i.e. for the Persona view, show me how much of the image will show and allow me to drag the image to fit the portion I want to show, like they do for your headshot in products like LinkedIn)).  When used later for notebooks or other purposes, a different ratio may be appropriate for the image.
