Ability to change value format in reports

I'm often wanting to track how much work is being logged, especially compared to how much work was originally estimated.  In the reports, the work defaults to showing in hours.  It's not as convenient to compare.  See screenshots.  It would be great if I could choose to display work done in w/d/h format

  Completely agree with Emily. Looks like Pivot table retain the original values, however other chart types such as Bar Charts convert to hours. When creating dashboards with visualizations side by side the metric needs to be the same.

Be able to change units in chart

If I want to make a graph depicting capacity estimates or time left, etc it automatically defaults to hours. It would be great to be able to change this to days or weeks to get a broader scope of how long something is going to take without feeling...
