When adding a column for customer fields we dont need to see the what level the Custom Field was created at.

When adding a column for customer fields we dont need to see the what level Product Level the Custom Field was created at. e.g. Systems (KCOM)

    Thank you for the note. We currently include this information as its helpful to many customers to see what area the custom fields impact.

    Note that on the Report list page, you can change the column labels by clicking on the header text in the tables.
