Ability to change value/effort for initiatives not using the matrix

I would need to configure the value and effort on an initiative more precise that just dragging and dropping it on the matrix view. It would be good be able to configure it on another way.

    Would love to see this integrated to the scorecard, i.e. have the ability to classify one metric as "Value" and another metric as "Effort" to make this chart meaningful. I fail to see how it can be helpful currently.

    I would love to see the matrix reflect the scoring for initiatives align with how Aha! ideas works. Then the plotting of initiatives will be more systematic.
