Since we try to centralize as much information as possible into Aha! we find really painful when having to track our customer interviews and hypothesis in some other repositories/tools.
My guess is that any Aha! user who is into customer development and lean "methodologies" would love that too.
Being able to refer personas into Cust interviews would be a nice to have sub-feature.
Being able to provide templates for cust interviews would be a nice to have sub-feature.
Being able to online edit customer interviews reports with a strong wiki-like editor would be a must-have IMO.
It is now possible to run live empathy sessions with groups of customers to learn more about what they really need.
This is included within the Advanced plan of our new product — Aha! Ideas.
Aha! Ideas is the best way to crowdsource ideas, engage a community, and develop customer empathy.
@Chris: I'll have a proper look into that. Thank you!
This is exactly the type of thing you can do with custom tables in you are using the Enterprise+ plan. You can read more about custom tables:
http://blog.aha.io/new-custom-tables/
http://support.aha.io/hc/en-us/articles/209980386-Create-custom-tables
They allow you to add additional data tables and screens to Aha! so that you can tailor it your specific use-case. I think custom tables would allow you to do everything you are describing in the idea.
Ideally hypotheses could be linked to feature work as initiatives etc are today
