Rally integration: Add support for custom field integration mappings for two-way custom field updates

We recently made the update where we can populate a required custom field in Rally with a default value to facilitate the integration with required custom fields. This idea is to take it a step further and provide custom field integration mapping between Aha! custom fields and Rally custom field that would support bi-directional integration/updates.

    We have launched an enhanced Rally integration. This integration will allow you to create 2-way custom field mappings, along with several other new capabilities including the ability to:

    • Set record mappings for Aha! initiatives, releases, master features, features, and requirements and link them to nearly any corresponding record type
    • Map default or custom fields in Aha! to any “like” field and specify which direction the updates should flow (e.g. from Aha! or from Rally)
    • Automatically send outgoing changes from Aha! or choose to review and approve them
    • Import records directly from Rally to make getting started in Aha! easy

    if we could have tagging in Rally /Aha sync it would fill the need as i see it, since Tagging is a UserDefined field in both systems

    We need this URGENTLY since our execution team needs the sync to really use Aha on the front end. Its a blocker for us

    We need this, as the custom fields differ from one Rally workspace to other, so to ask for specific fields would not help.

    We do this now- all manually. This would help out our teams immensely if this was automated.

    The Link to Polaris Integration Team would also like to have the 2-way sync functionality made available.

    Yes, please!  Optum needs the ability to have the 2 way sync for custom fields.
