Currently I am scoring at a feature level, and then having to go through and add up all of the feature scores to be able to get my release score populated. Ideally, it would be good if each scored feature could affect the release score automatically. Alternatively, if you could at least have the option to have the automated score at release level as appreciate some may wish to exclude certain feature scores from the overall release score.
Thank you for the request. As noted below in the comments, one workaround is to leverage the Pivot tables where you can easily calculate Release scores (based on all features in a given release). This would allow you to then analyze scores across releases. It's even possible to add filters to exclude certain features when analyzing your data.
Hi there,
Release score isn't a field in Aha! - it sounds like your team may have added this as a custom field.
Have you considered using a pivot table to visualize this information? One of the example pivot table reports is feature score average by release - as the name implies that example provides the average scores of features on a release by release basis. You could take that example as a starting point and edit it to show sum value instead of averages, it would then give you the total score of features by release.
