I have created a Pivot Table of Ideas for our stakeholders to review. One of the data elements included is the Idea URL, with the intent that the stakeholders can click on that to view more detail about the Idea and then vote or comment. However, it appears that the Idea URL value is not a clickable hyperlink once it is included in a Notebook. Ideally, the Idea Reference would be a clickable link to the Idea so the screen is not so cluttered.
At this time, idea URLs are not clickable in reports because there are permission related issues around the visibility of these pages. Inside of the application, these URLs are clickable because users have access to the various pages.
One potential workaround would be to include additional idea details/description information inside of the Pivot report.
Seems that the implementation is a little inconsistent, because the idea score is clickable, but the idea summary is not. See screenshot attached.
We need the Idea name to be a clickable link to the Idea portal address for the Idea. the address is not too difficult to find if you know the name of the idea, the address can be generated by adding your idea portal domain name and append the standard "/ideas/" and the Idea name.
