Organizational Change Management and Stakeholder Alignment (Aligning People to your Process and Technology)

As a product owner at a large company I spend a lot of time managing organizational change management with 100+ stakeholders. We present out demos every 2 weeks to core stakeholders, we demo to a larger team every 6 weeks and pull functionality in the last 3 sprints together in one integrated demo and we save recordings of demos for those not able to attend. We manage this all via ppt decks, Blue Jeans and Sharepoint. It's the sharepoint piece that is icky. We also post a spreadsheet on sharepoint with stakeholder feedback and our Product Team's response to each piece of feedback in our stakeholder feedback.
