Provide the ability to delete previously generated PDFs

PDF gets out of sync with the web version and I would like to simply remove the PDF

    This is possible today. By clicking >Previous versions on the Notebooks page, you can see a list of all previous PDF and web versions. When hovering on an item, an X icon will appear, allowing you to delete the previous record.
