Add an option in the directory for faculty and staff

We have too many departments and our drop down menus is confusing. I would like our parents to be able to look up names by selecting wither faculty or staff.

    As noted through the comments, we recently launched the ability to search dropdown menus by typing ahead in the assignee fields. This makes it much easier to find the person you are looking for.

    At this time, we do not plan on additional updates in this specific area, regarding the user type.

    Can you expand upon the request around what you are looking for with "faculty/staff"?
