I think the general problem is every one is using personal To-Dos instead of To-Dos in a feature or release phase. Personal To-Dos are the most limited and not really attach to any one project. I created a new Work Space called "Cross Portfolio Work" I create release for the Quarter (but you could do it monthly or weekly) and I add a feature to the release with the name of the project(I also create a new Feature type call "OM Work" to separate it from New features), then I add all the to-dos I need under the feature. If I needed a recurring To-Do lists I would just create a feature called "Monthly Template" then I would add all my todo steps, then I would use the copy feature command to make a new list from the template. You could even store the template in the Parking lot so it's always available to make a copy from. This can be done right now with a little creativity. And if you can use release phases, you could create mini release templates and just Add them on as needed. If this is the biggest ask from To-Dos. You already have a solution.
In addition to the weekly/monthly cadences others have mentioned, my team would love a daily option. We would love to be managing all of our developers' tasks in AHA, but can't right now because some support-type user-facing tasks need to be recurring daily or weekly. We're also manually scheduling in prep and recap activities for our monthly retro.
Hi, I manage my company's social media accounts, so it would be a huge time saver if Aha! automatically added making weekly posts to each platform to my schedule automatically. My company also sends out a big monthly email that requires a lot of coordination between different people, so it would be nice if tasks would automatically be added to everyone's schedule each month. Thanks, I hope this gets implemented soon.
this is critical and a big time saver. without this basic feature it becomes a hindrance. Please consider this ASAP. I see this has been mentioned for two years and there has been no progress toward inclusion. Please have your team reconsider for a fast resolution.
There are instances where a to-do might need to reoccur with a regular cadence but doesn't need to be reported on or attached to a requirement. These are things such as monthly maintenance reminders, check in with a team or update meeting notes. I...
As a marketing department using Aha! to run our marketing campaigns, there are many to-dos within a feature/task that happen daily, weekly or monthly. It would be nice to have the ability to create recurring to-dos so we don't have to manually cre...
My team uses to-dos to track our work tasks. A lot of the to-dos we use are items that are repeatable. We can copy the to-dos but it would be nice to select an occurrence upon creation, similar to when setting up a meeting, as one-time, repeat eve...

I'm trying to go all in on the Aha! My Work to-do's as my daily, weekly and monthly punch list. The more things I can do in fewer places, the better. I compile a report for senior leadership every week. I set a "to-do" under the "My work" section ...

Recurring To Dos

Add functionality to create recurring "to dos" at the strategic initiative level (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).

how is this not already a feature? It is one of the first logical things that people ask for. should be a simple fix as well.

It would be so nice to move reminders for monthly activity that I currently have in Google calendar into Aha!
This would be really helpful as a user who utilizes the "My Work" as a dashboard for all tasks.
This would be extremely helpful to have. We have so many activities that require to be completed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
For an organization with both future product dev and day to day task management we would absolutely benefit from this feature.

Just submitted an idea for the same thing.
this would be hugely useful for me
