Provide an additional reporting field that shows Related to Feature Name (instead of Reference # ID)

The reporting "Related to' field for Features currently displays the related to Feature Reference # ID. It would be more valuable for some to be able to reference the Feature Name of the Related to feature.

      The feature names are really important to us (instead of "Depends on CODE_20" etc.). We need the names to produce really meaningful reports.
