We use parature as our system for managing customer support tickets including logging bugs. We would like the ability to push customer logged bugs from Parature directly to Aha so that customers can be made aware of bugs logged by other customers, and vote on them to help us prioritize which bugs have the largest impact across our client base.
Thank you for the request. We currently provide access to our REST API, which serves as the foundation for all integrations. Leveraging it would be on potential way to create an integration with this provider.
