Repeat Column Headings for multi-page reports in Notebooks

When generating a report (pivot report in this particular example) that contains lots of information that ends up being displayed across multiple notebook pages, the column headings are only visible on the first page. The subsequent pages do not contain the column headings and important context is lost.
