As a new user, I'd really like to have all the support materials for getting started in an easily accessible and referenceable document, where I can read through from start to finish, but also look up certain aspects as I go on. This is much preferable than having it all on individual, short web pages.
As we release new features each week, our team continuously updates our support documents which require it to be a "living" document vs. a PDF format which cannot be updated.
We have decided to keep it in a web page format so that we can always provide the most up to date support documentation.
