Search results should include URLs refererenced in comments

  Search results currently do include comments and can also provide results for URLs (as long as the complete and full URL is provided in the search term). 

  There are also workarounds where you can use search operators for advanced searches. For example, if a comment has the URL "www.website.com/page" -- running a search for "www.website.com*" would also yield results.

  We hope that these workarounds can help, though realize that it might not completely solve the problem. At this time, we are unlikely to make additional updates in this area due to current priorities and community feedback. We hope you can understand.
