"View idea in portal" link needs to be more noticeable

Currently the "View idea in portal" link is a tiny little obscure icon that is not intuitive. It took a while to figure out what it is. 

What if you also made the name of the portal a clickable link? That's also easier to click than a tiny little icon. 

At least make it feel a little more like a button.
