Really like the idea of the persona but want to share a persona across multiple products Merged

I'm sure you guys have it on your radar.  I like the concept of the persona and have started to use for a couple of key products but I have identical personas across a number of products so I'd want to be able to link a persona to multiple products... Good stuff though.  Can see the value in simplifying how we describe/present this stuff.

    This sharing across multiple product lines / products should be present on the majority of variables (e.g. templates for phase, personas, ..)

    We have some personas on the product line that apply to all products and then need to add some specific personas on each product. Would like to chose at the product line level which products this persona applies to.
