"Show releases only with features" option for roadmap Merged

This is useful in order to have a live view of the roadmap that will dynamically change as features are tied to releases. Currently, we have many releases (useful for planning for the future) so our roadmap view doesn't look so good. If I remove releases, then it defeats the purpose of having a live view roadmap, since certain roadmaps will not update as they're not selected.
