Redmine Integration Improvements

We have been testing our Aha/Redmine integration and ran into an issue with a workflow:

Existing redmine target version is named "2.6.0"
Existing Aha release is named "2.6.0"
When I copy an Aha feature to redmine, I get an error that says "name already taken"

The workflow needs to be modified to accommodate updates from Aha (sending features) where it may contain a target version that already exists in Redmine. This is a standard part of our workflow.

Workaround could maybe be to create the versions on Aha.io side.

Not very good one though.
