Choose the product on the integration with Zendesk
When you have multiple products in Zendesk it would be nice of you could select the product to link to by default, or change the order of the products in the drop down list. This prevents mistakes are made by the support agents.
Would like the option to choose a product that should be the default, for each of the form types in Zendesk. Our Zendesk implementation has a different support form for each product or product line in Aha.
This has been a point of confusion for our zendesk users too. When creating a new idea via teh zendesk/aha integration, there is a choice to select product, would be useful to have the same choice when searching for existing ideas to link to. i.e. choose product first, then search. There would be a shorter list of possible matches too.
We have similar products with similar ideas. When linking Zendesk tickets with Aha! ideas, things are bound to go wrong, and before you know it you have end users subscribed to ideas for the wrong product...
We have already created all portals need. We however only need to see only a few portal on Zendesk.
