Optionally Display Feature Description as Hover Over in Notebook Merged

The currently supported fields for a feature that can be displayed on a Notebook for a Roadmap Timeline are not sufficient for most audiences to get a good grasp of what the feature is.  The Roadmap Timeline is a powerful way to articulate a release or roadmap, but users need a way to get a deeper understanding of features if they want.  

It would be helpful if viewers of a Roadmap Timeline Notebook could hover over or click a feature and have a pop-up provide the description and perhaps some additional information.
