Add active links to notebook views (for authenticated users to launch into the private side of Aha) Merged

As a registered user who is viewing a notebook, I would like to be able to launch into the private side of Aha! by clicking on elements within the notebook.  For example, when viewing the Feature list within a notebook, I would like to be able to click on a feature and launch into Aha! in a new tab.  This would allow me to use the notebooks to create access "preset stories," with the ability to take my team through a standard set of views for planning or review sessions.
