Through the use of Custom Fields, you can create a Success Metric field for your initiatives, which can enable you to break down your goals further for each of your initiatives.
Custom fields can be found in Settings -> Product -> Custom fields. You can click on the Initiatives + icon to specify the details behind your custom field.
It would be nice to be able to break down the success metrics from a goal into individual initiatives. If a Goal Success metric would be a conversion rate of 3% - then my 4 initiatives could all have different values to sum to that number.
