Notify New Watchers by Email

I've been adding Watchers on our Ideas and Features, but they never get notified that they're now "watching" the element I've added them to. I emailed Aha support and was told it's not a function they currently support so I thought I'd add it as an idea.

    Thank you for the idea. Given the low volume of support for this idea, we do not have plans to make updates in this area at this time.
