Last modified by or last updated by at feature level is not available to pull in the report, I see only created by. If this can be added and made available it will help, especially when we troubleshoot integration, system to system comparison of features.
Going through history and identifying for every feature is tedious.

It look like this has been hanging around without action for several years. I've heard many times that you can report on "anything" in Aha!, but it's obvious you can't. Have you tried even printing history? Effectively impossible. Please help!
Same issue here. Would also like to know Last Change (e.g. Release xx --> Release xx). I can see this info in aha.io/audits but can't pull into a Feature List report or extract the standalone Audit data.
We are also facing the same issue, to reconcile with the existing records.
