Reports to support Quarters for non-calendar Fiscal years Merged

Case Ref: Pivot table named “Pivot table: Product releases by quarter” is displaying pervious year within the Quarter column title 

Change Request:

Support non-calendar fiscal years: When the display option is selected as Quarters, both the year and quarter is display in the column header. This is preferred, however it only supports Jan-Dec fiscal years. For those non-calendar fiscal years both the current And past year are displayed (eg. 2018/2019 Q3). This is incorrect and very confusing; making the pivot report almost usable for distribution.

The column header should display only 1 year with a quarter.

The logic should reference the fiscal year configuration (as set by the Admin) and display the correct year with the quarters. For example, if my fiscal year ends Nov 30, and I run a report from Dec 1, 2019 - Dec 31, 2020, then report would display columns Q1 2020, Q2 2020, Q3 2020, Q4 2020, Q1 2021.
