Configure time settings for master features Merged

I would like to be able to select/configure whether the time calculation for a Master Feature is manually or automatically set on product line/product level. Today the default is manual so to get a "live" view based on features each Master feature needs to be changed to "automatic time" which is very easy to forget. By being able to select on product line or product level I can remove the doubt that someone would forget to with to automatic time estimates.
