Sync with the Blocked field in CA/Rally
The Blocked field is an important status identifier in the CA/Rally process that acts like a toggle rather than a defined status value. It would be helpful to understand and be able to convey this blocked state to the product owner in Aha!

Providing Blocked and Reason for Blocked allows the Product Manager (in Aha! for example) to know the development team has identified a blocker and is not progressing (potential problem to successful milestone) while in the targeted Product Management Tool and not require access to the execution team tool. Sharing the impediment (moment) allows PM to engage (e.g. Scrum Master) and engage appropriately.
