Our Sales and Support teams use HubSpot CRM for all of their daily operations. I would love to have the same two-way sync that is provided for Salesforce within HubSpot. Essentially, the ability to associate contacts to ideas within HubSpot
Our Sales team uses Hubspot to track deals and customer closure. We manually create and populate Aha Organization information with data directly from Hubspot. It would be much more efficient to integrate and map HS fields to Aha Organization fields.
We use Hubspot and fully support an integration between Hubspot and Aha. Hubspot is our sole CRM system and its the core of our Single Source of the Truth approach within our organisation. So information moving between Aha and Hubspot is vital relating to our product led strategy. We'd be happy to jump on a call and explain more and or be part of any focus groups you might run when coming up with a solution for this.
We use HubSpot so it would be great to have the same type of intgration that you have for Salesforce, as we can keep our Sales team in HubSpot and we can have them submit ideas for their customer opportunities and we get to track this in Aha showing opportunity, and total value associated with this feature.
We use Hubspot as our CRM and the lack of integration with Aha led us not to use Aha Ideas. We love the features of Aha Ideas, but at the moment, we would have to enter all the customer data manually, which is too time-consuming.
Transmitting company details to Aha! Ideas Advanced would be really helpful. Otherwise, it's too much manual work to keep all the customer information in sync. We plan to use proxy votes, and from Product side, customer segmentation is absolutely cricual. We have customer segments and revenue numbers in HubSpot, and we need it to be in Aha! Ideas.
Sending ideas to Aha! directly from HubSpot would be nice, although not critical.
If you had this you'd pretty much own the product roadmap tool space. I'm flying in the blind because I can't link features to pipeline opportunities in our CRM. Salesforce users are covered but many use HubSpot. If you had this there'd be no competition for me: Aha! would be the default and only answer.
This would make Aha! pretty much the perfect tool for us if there was a native, two-way sync with HubSpot, so we could tie ideas to the contacts submitting them, easily pass revenue data to Aha, and communicate updates out to our customer base through HubSpot.
We are looking at other solutions as Aha has shown not intention of building this feature and it makes extremely tedious for us to tie any revenue to ideas.
We would love a robust, two-way integration with Hubspot. Ideas of problems/opportunities this could solve/unlock for us include (we're primarily B2B, but do serve multi-sided marketplaces):
Sync contacts, organizations & auto-populate segments from Hubspot.
Empower Sales to identify & review product & feature release plans that are impactful to the segment that they are selling in to.
Map sales & product personas for better clarity on who a product/feature is being targeted for on both sides.
Auto-populate a new/signed client into the Idea Portal
+ Probably a whole lot more I'm not thinking of currently because we're still using what I call "Aha! Lite" (e.g. we've only made use of ~25% of the capabilities of Aha - primarily Jira integration + mapping to our EOS model/framework)
This is exactly what we need: a way to attach ideas to contacts. We need the ability to generate a ticket under the contact that creates or votes for an idea to tie ideas back to revenue.

Hi - I was excited that there is a new revenue field in Aha ideas, however we use HubSpot and as a product, they are rapidly giving Salesforce a run for their money. Would be great if you had a HubSpot integration for this.

Also adding that associating an idea with a HubSpot Service Ticket would be very helpful. Just like the Zendesk integration that already exists.

Yes, a true Aha-build integration like the Salesforce one would be ideal, not Zapier which is too limited and has no 2-way sync.
