Split features

As a product manager, I would like to be able to split a feature so that I can release part of it even though the whole thing is not ready. 

We use requirements as product backlog items and sometimes we complete several of them and want to release them even though the entire feature is not quite ready to go.  In Aha! you release features, not requirements, so we need a work around.  I want a second feature and I want to move some of the existing requirements to it.  We can copy the feature but that copies all of the requirements, which then have to be deleted one-by-one.  (Yes, there's bulk-edit but I'd have to go somewhere else, find those items, delete them, and come back to what I was doing.) 

This idea could be implemented with copy if I just had the option to choose whether or not to include the requirements when copying the feature.
