Define / apply company-wide style sheet for Notebooks Merged

We have a team of 25 product managers who create Notebooks.  Each PM has to individually configure each page in a Notebook to use the applicable corporate colours.  Would be much better to define a style template which can be applied at Notebook creation.

(Appreciate you can copy an existing Notebook, and edit the content - but this isn't an ideal workaround)
