Difference between Preview and Production

My Preview version of the application is working as expected. The Production version is not, even after attempting multiple redeployments.

Below is a screenshot of the Preview with the Product Pull down list as it should appear when selecting this field for input.

In Production, the pull-down list is appearing as a slim box with no ability to see the product selection list (see below).

I have tried to correct the issue by explaining the problem to Builder and requesting Builder fix the issue. Builder does go to work on this, seems to identify the issue, and advises this is fixed, though problem remains in Producdtion.
