fix recuring UI issue with headers and rounded corners

see screenshot -- this happens constantly in most apps I build from the get go. the header background color gets cutoff and does not 'fill in' the top so it looks weird. I can fix, but it's almost always like this in apps when I build them initially. Should tweak the default design prompt to not do this.
