Allow epics in past months to roll into current months

Can you please share more details around what you would like to see?

For example, are you asking that epics automatically roll into the next release as releases are shipped? If so, that is currently possible. As you ship a release with records that are not in a shipped status, you will have the opportunity to move them into another release.
