Hide ideas from 'popular' tab in ideas portal based on idea status

It seems that ideas with status 'shipped' are automatically not displayed in the 'popular' tab in the ideas portal, but we'd like to be able to also hide ideas with status 'will not implement' or 'already exists'.

Ideas with many votes that we'll never implement are otherwise forever highly visible at the detriment of other ideas that are popular AND relevant (Future consideration, Likely to implement, Planning to implement).
