Add "see more" at both the bottom and top of the section in the new UI experience

To avoid having to always scroll down if you know an entry is only displayed when "see more" is clicked and then back up to the entry itself on the screen, please add the "see more" option at the top of the screen as well as the bottom in the new UI. With this, you can navigate to the closest option, e.g. at the top or the bottom, to expand the entries shown.
