Summarize targeted effort vs. capacity

The Capacity Report is a great tool to help me schedule the development of my planned features against the available team capacity.

I need to be able to summarize the total spend for management. A desired output would be a summary of the total amount of targeted work against the total available resources/capacity, in a given timeframe.

It would be great to be able to express this as a percentage. For example: this initiative requires 37% of our available capacity.
