We want to be able to demonstrate to our stakeholders that we are using a data driven approach to prioritizing ideas. As different stakeholders have differing opinions, we want to be able to collect scoring across a set of parameters and be able to show to our stakeholders how the scoring was done to arrive at a final prioritization. Therefore, we'd like to allow each reviewer to score ideas against a defined set of parameters such that we can can produce a summary report to show how we've weighted various parameters (we will even want to assign functional area weighting per parameter based on the reviewer's area of expertise/responsibility).
