Managing a large pool of seats is time consuming. Instead of trimming a list we'd like to define who can use the paid seat and then pay for a concurrent limit. So say we have 250 people in portfolio management (which could be defined by HR job role list) we would like up to 100 to be using Aha! concurrently. I assume the per person price would change!
Thank you for the idea!
We do not currently have plans to change the licensing model. I hope you can understand. However, we will continue to monitor this idea for community feedback.
This would result in a completely different license model than what exists today, and would require significant development on both Aha! and IBM sides of the equation. https://www.aha.io/pricing. Currently they only offer a named user license model. Doing this by the HR job role would require integration with Workday and/or the source tooling of the job role codes if not originated in Workday. We would need an override capability for those instances where job role alignment does not lend itself to this model cleanly.
