Opportunity solution tree whiteboard template
My team and I have started to use Teresa Torres' Opportunity Solution Trees to map out our product outcomes, opportunities, and solutions. We've found that the information is the same information we have in Aha (outcomes = goals; opportunities = initiatives; solutions = master features & features), but that the tree-like visual of Teresa's model is making a HUGE difference on how we think about our opportunities and how we select which to go after. It would be awesome to have such a view in Aha.

That would be great! And it would be perfect to be able to link goals or key results and initiatives directly to the OST, as well as ideas. This would be an amazing underlying framework.
Are there plans for the implementation of this feature? This would be extremely useful for our organization as well.
This is also a big deal for us. Most product teams I talk to start to work this way, and we will need the tooling to follow. Else it won't work.
For this to probably work, it should also be possible to have nested initiatives (opportunities and sub-opportunities)
