It would be helpful to be able to edit phases and milestones view's visible fields similar to what can be done for releases, features, etc.
When adding phases and milestone views to presentations the entire record view is added. Many times one needs to remove sensitive information or just unimportant information to save real-estate space on the slide. It would be very helpful if we could control the visible fields similarly to the way it's controlled on releases or features. It would also make the presentation feature of Aha! a lot more viable and valuable.
Thanks for updating the idea, Reut! The release phases and milestones is a good use case.
We will continue to monitor for additional feedback to help prioritize on our roadmap.
Aha! (pun intended :) )
Thanks Julie. It does help, but the issue is the objects on my presentations are release phases and milestone, which do not carry this functionality. I will edit the idea to be more specific.
Thanks for the idea!
Currently, you can select which fields to display from your record objects in a presentation. Please see this article to learn more: Edit your presentation.
This allows you to hide fields that you do not want to display. One issue with cropping a view like you can with an image today would be that you wouldn't be able to hide fields in the middle of the record view.
Curious, does this editing functionality help with your use case?
